British Library
While I waited for my friends to get back from Oxford, I decided to walk to the British Library which was near my accommodation, right next to the Kings Cross Station. I sat down to try to work on my blog for a bit in there, but the internet connection was not great. I have been falling behind on uploading my blogs as I have been to a few places which have had poor internet connections. Although I am up to date with writing them.
After failing to get a stable internet connection, I took some photographs of the books in the middle of the library before proceeding to the exhibitions on the side that featured original Davinci drawings, old books, handwritten Beatles lyrics, and many other artifacts. While small, it was an interesting exhibit.
Last night at the pub with friends
When my friends got back, we met up and went for a delicious Indian dinner. I had an Indian Gin that was unique and tasty with tonic water and a delicious curry with naan and rice. After dinner, we went to the pub to have some Guinness and celebrate the success of the trip. We spent a lot of time chatting and reflecting on the best moments of the trip.
